We are currently seeking Commercial Lawyers to work with a variety of Axiom clients across a broad range of industries.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including supplier, customer, services, licensing and confidentiality agreements.
  • Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders on contractual risk, compliance and business priorities.
  • Partner with sales, procurement, finance and other business teams to support transactions, manage negotiations and resolve contract-related issues.
  • Support the effective management of contracts throughout their lifecycle, including templates, processes, governance and stakeholder coordination.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Qualified lawyer eligible to practise in the UK, with relevant commercial-contracts experience gained in private practice, in-house or on secondment.
  • Strong drafting, review, negotiation and advisory skills across a range of commercial agreements.
  • Commercially minded, collaborative and able to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Right to work in the UK without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
