Seeking an experienced DevSecOps transformation leader to drive enterprise wide modernization of customer's Agile, DevOps, Testing, and developer experience platforms. This role focuses on strategy, orchestration, and cultural change, not hands on pipeline building.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the enterprise DevSecOps transformation across customer, defining strategy, roadmap, operating model, and governance.
- Modernize and expand the GitLab Platform into a scalable, secure enterprise DevSecOps ecosystem integrated with AWS.
- Drive DevSecOps cultural adoption across development teams, enabling secure-by-design engineering.
- Conduct assessments and define maturity models, then lead enterprise-wide execution of improvements.
- Orchestrate work across Srikanth's platform team (primarily Europe-based) and multiple managed services partners.
- Partner closely with Cloud Engineering, DevOps Engineering, AI/LLM teams, QA/testing teams across UK/Europe.
- Standardize CI/CD pipelines, security gates, compliance workflows, and testing automation.
- Support modernization of Agile/SDLC tools (Jira, Confluence) and retirement of ADO.
- Enable developer productivity via frameworks, reusable assets, and a unified platform experience.
- Report progress, risks, KPIs, and transformation impact to senior leadership.
- Must have led (not just implemented) enterprise-scale DevSecOps transformations.
- Strong background in modern platform engineering, secure CI/CD, and cloud-native DevSecOps (GitLab + AWS).
- Experience driving cultural and organizational change across multiple global teams.
- Ability to lead cross-functional engineering groups, vendors, and platform teams.
- US/Europe-based.
