About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Pega Technical Consultant to join our team on a 12-month rolling FTC. This role requires a strong hands-on developer with deep expertise in Pega platform design and development, working closely with stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Pega (7.x / 8+)
- Build and manage Pega workflows and case management solutions
- Work on Pega Blueprints and translate business requirements into technical designs
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and clients
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery
- Ensure high-quality code, performance optimization, and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- ~6–8 years of hands-on experience in Pega development
- Strong experience with Pega 7.x or Pega 8+ platforms
- Expertise in Pega Workflows and Blueprint design
- Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) – mandatory
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive deliverables
Nice to Have
- Experience in the banking or financial services domain
