ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Group change technical Response Coordination
- Project BMG forecasting & releasing
- Project B releasing
- Project K releasing
- Bill of Material structuring & Maintenance
- Bill of material & CAD structure quality & auditing
- CAD structure structuring & maintenance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Mechanical Engineer with expertise in understanding the product development from concept to start of production.
- Strong understanding of the design aspects of engineering changes & release in the PLM, BoM and CAD structuring for systems & sub-systems for various vehicle programs.
- Experience in using BoM & CAD structuring application within a Product design environment within Volkswagen group companies.
- Hands-on experience using Kanban dashboard and action on the requests raised through tickets, able to understand and execute the request initiated from vehicle engineering team.
- Very good understanding of Agile methodology and its process.
- Must have strong knowledge in using VW group tools.
- Hands-on on ENVOCIA LCA, TI Syncro, Teamcenter with Active Workspace, CATIA V5 R32, Jira, Tableau.
EXPERIENCE BAND:
5 to 10 years Automotive experience, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of VW group company work experience on above tools.
Qualification and Education Requirement:
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a reputed Institution / University.
