The Business Integration Lead is accountable for end-to-end design and delivery for the Workday HCM Implementation Program for the Client. The lead’s role is to engage with multiple stakeholders - RPL customer team, Wipro leadership, Wipro teams, Harmony program team, HCM team; orchestrate multiple workstreams for HCM Tower and deliver the desired outcome in terms of program – Scope, budget, resource, and deliverables.

Key deliverables include:

  • HCM Functional Process harmonisation and design - for all key HR Processes - HR Operations, Recruitment, Learning, Talent management, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management etc.
  • Workday HCM module design and build for all key HR processes for all 5 countries.
  • Manage Strada relationship to deliver RPL program outcomes in time.
  • Manage the team of functional consultants and technical consultants to deliver the program outcomes.
  • Manage and deliver each aspect of the Workday HCM implementation – Module design & build, integrations, testing, business readiness, hyper care and handover.
  • Manage the contract deliverables and milestones.

Experience and Skills:

  • Functional knowledge of HR Processes (EU region preferred) - HR Operations, Recruitment, Learning, Talent management, Compensation and Benefits, performance management etc.
  • Business stakeholder engagement to navigate the complex dynamics between multiple entities and different preferences.
  • Workday HCM based Digital HR transformation experience across all HCM Modules.
  • Workday HCM implementation experience in Europe (Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, UK, Germany).
  • Integration design experience for Payroll, Expenses, Learning, Recruitment, and ability to guide the functional and technical teams to deliver the right design.
  • Large scale IT program delivery experience of managing and delivering the program design and deliverables across all phases of – discovery, design, testing, build, Hypercare.
  • Business Readiness and organisational change management.

BI Lead 'Must have':

  • Extensive Vendor and stakeholder (internal and external) management experience (12-15yrs plus).
  • Enterprise/solution architect with specialist experience in WD HCM integrations with third parties (10yrs plus).
  • WD HCM standard OOB (Out Of Box) platform and custom integrations design/build/test experience (5-7yrs plus).
  • Hands-on experience and working knowledge of WD integration methodologies with third party middleware (particularly Boomi) (5yrs plus).
  • Experienced in leading design operational (L2-L4) workshops & discussions with vendors and integration team (Boomi) on solution design (as-is) and (to-be) and deliver WD IDB document with FDD and assist integration team in preparation of TDD and IRD (Technical design document).
  • Steer 'solution driven' working sessions with technical teams, client and vendor and conduct focused group discussions to build the integrations.
  • Responsible for HCM integration design, assist technical team in build, testing & deploy including cutover activities including q-gate reviews and signoff from client (at least 3-5 full e2e project life cycle implementation experience).
  • Team player, can-do attitude, can work under strict timelines and pressure and be accountable for deliverables, logical thinker, able to perform rational analysis on problem statement, solution oriented and problem-solving ability.
  • Proven experience working with diverse technical, functional teams including clients with complex business requirements.

'Nice to have'

  • Experience working with MuleSoft, NetSuite, and other middleware or connectors compatible with WD.
  • Working experience on WD HCM functional build and HCM integration with third party applications like time recording systems, PY systems etc.
  • MSP, MPP, Visio with other MS applications experience.
  • Global HCM implementation and integration experience.
  • Complex HCM integrations development experience with any HCM ERP in the recent past 5yrs.
  • Project and program management experience/seasoned consultant.
