About the Role
We are hiring a Business & Data Analyst with strong London Market insurance expertise to support major transformation initiatives across underwriting, claims, pricing, delegated authority, reinsurance, and regulatory reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business and data analysis across London Market insurance functions
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specs
- Perform SQL‑based data analysis, profiling, reconciliation, validation, and quality checks
- Own source‑to‑target data mapping, business rules, lineage, and traceability
- Analyze reports, extracts, and data flows for optimization opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear system and data requirements for technical teams
- Support Agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder collaboration
- Facilitate workshops and produce executive‑ready documentation
Skills & Experience Required

- Deep understanding of syndicate data, delegated authority (bordereaux), reinsurance, policy lifecycle
- Advanced SQL for analysis, reconciliation, and validation
