About this Role

• Pension with above statutory employer contributions

The successful candidate will have following experience

• Previous experience in a role involving manual handling.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting weights up to 25kg.
• Reliable, with strong timekeeping and a dependable work ethic.
• Loyal, trustworthy, and takes pride in their work.
• A positive, flexible attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to watch, listen, and learn from colleagues.
• Able to read and follow simple manufacturing instructions accurately.
• Capable of writing legibly and completing production records correctly.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and pack ingredients
• Operate, monitor, and clean specialist mixing and production machinery
• Maintain clear and accurate production records in line with company standards
