The successful candidate will have following experience
- Experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in IT systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A problem-solving attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- A good understanding of the export process (preferred but not essential – training provided)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for export customers, ensuring exceptional service throughout the shipping process
- Provide timely updates on shipments, documentation, and transit status
- Liaise with internal departments, carriers, and overseas agents to resolve queries and issues efficiently
- Manage and process customer requests, bookings, and follow-ups with a proactive and helpful approach
- Use in-house systems and Microsoft Office tools to track and manage export files
- Ensure all customer interactions and documentation meet compliance and service standards
- Assist in maintaining KPIs and promoting customer satisfaction
