The successful candidate will have following experience
- Proven experience operating and setting 2-axis CNC lathes
- Ability to work independently and manage your own machine setup
- Flexibility to assist on other machines where necessary
- A proactive and reliable team player with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems is desirable, though not essential
Responsibilities
- Independently set and operate 2-axis CNC lathes with minimal supervision
- Manufacture components to precise specifications for transmission systems
- Adapt to different machinery as required to support production demand or cover staff absences
- Produce high-quality parts in short and medium batch quantities
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
