Workshop Supervisor – Panel Wiring Workshop Location: Belvedere, London Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our client’s established panel workshop in Belvedere. This role requires excellent attention to detail, solid knowledge of electrical principles, and a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and support workshop teams, including wiremen and apprentices. * Build and assemble control and PLC panels to specification. * Lay out and prepare back panels in line with technical requirements. * Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and circuit drawings. * Carry out wiring tasks, point-to-point checks, dead testing, and functional/live testing. * Review, complete, and sign off testing documentation. * Oversee preparation of panels for dispatch, delivery, and collection. * Liaise with directors and office colleagues to ensure smooth workflow. * Maintain workshop organisation, standards, and housekeeping. * Monitor and enforce Health & Safety compliance within the workshop. * Manage stock levels, including routine checks, annual audits, and ordering requirements.
