Job Description

Mobile Generator Engineer\\nOur Prestigious client is urgently seeking a skilled and dependable Generator Engineer to join their existing service team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on standby generators and will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of generators at customer sites.\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n * Carry out planned maintenance and servicing on standby generators\\n * Diagnose faults and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner\\n * Complete site reports and documentation to a high standard\\n * Liaise with customers to provide excellent service and support\\n * Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations\\n * Assist with installations and commissioning where required\\n * Participate in an on-call rota for emergency support\\nWhat We’re Looking For:\\n * Proven experience servicing and maintaining diesel generators (whether within the standby or rental sector)\\n * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills\\n * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively\\n * Excellent communication and customer service skills\\n * Full UK driving licence\\n * Take part in the company on-call rota – 1 in 8 weeks\\nWhat We Offer:\\n * Basic salary of – £44,796\\n * Company vehicle and fuel card\\n * Company phone and laptop\\n * Specialist tools and uniform provided\\n * Opportunities for overtime at 1.5x and 2x rates\\n * On-call payment of £200\\n * Ongoing training and career development opportunities\\n * Option to work on international projects at an enhanced pay rate\\n * Performance related bonus scheme\\n * 25 days holiday\\n * Private healthcare\\n * Company pension scheme\\nAxiom personnel is acting as an employment agency in relation to this position
