Export Freight Operations Clerk We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Export Freight Operations Clerk to join our clients dynamic team based in Bradford. Working Hours: Monday to Friday , Week 1 9:00am – 17:30pm , Week 2 13:00pm – 21:30pm Role overview: * Understand customer requirements and deliver first-class customer service * Plan, arrange, monitor, and control all land transport export shipments * Complete all relevant documentation – operational, administrative, and legal * Use of in house IT systems, MS Office, and associated tools effectively * Maintain KPIs by adhering to our Quality Policy and Objectives * Respond promptly to general queries, escalating issues where needed The ideal candidate will have: * A strong understanding of land freight operations and customer service * Proficiency in IT systems, and MS Office * Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail * The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team * A strong focus on compliance with legal and company standards What we offer: * Full training and continuous professional development * Pension scheme with up to 6% matched employer contributions * 20 days holiday (rising to 25 with service), plus your birthday off * Career growth and development opportunities across the organisation Sounds like the perfect position for you?
