Axiom Hospitality is seeking a creative, energetic Cluster People and Culture Manager to lead the people agenda across Hotel Indigo Clerkenwell and Hilton Islington. This hands-on, hotel-based role will be the face of People and Culture at both sites, building real relationships with teams and championing our culture.
You will drive recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance and engagement, supervise line managers, and collaborate with General Managers to ensure a supportive environment.
