We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to maximise total revenue and profitability across a portfolio of hotels. Currently, this portfolio comprises DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Airport and DoubleTree by Hilton St Anne's Manor. This is a high-impact role, accountable for driving rooms revenue performance through the strategic management of pricing, inventory, systems and revenue management processes.

Working closely with hotel teams, senior leaders and brand partners, you will play a critical role in delivering sustainable revenue growth, optimising market share and driving incremental EBITDA. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive incremental EBITDA, RevPAR, Total Revenue, RGI and Fair Market Share performance across the cluster.
  • Maximise rooms revenue through effective pricing, inventory control, demand management and distribution strategies.
  • Develop, monitor and adapt sales and pricing strategies using sound commercial judgement to meet performance targets.
  • Ensure revenue strategies are aligned with brand, owner and shareholder objectives.
  • Manage and maintain Group and Transient inventory controls.
  • Ensure professional and efficient utilisation of all revenue systems in line with company best practices, Axiom revenue management principles and standard operating procedures.
  • Apply revenue management processes and controls consistently and to a high standard across all hotels.
  • Deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting and business planning through strong data analysis and market intelligence.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts, as well as annual budgets, using standard systems and tools.
  • Provide critical analysis of pricing strategies, room statistics, demand drivers and market conditions.
  • Ensure rate shopping and competitive data is accurate, relevant and effectively analysed.
  • Proactively gather and analyse information to identify opportunities for revenue growth and mitigate commercial risks.
  • Actively engage hotel leadership, commercial teams and senior stakeholders in all revenue decisions.
  • Maintain regular, clear and effective communication to implement, review and refine revenue strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with Brand Partner revenue teams, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of brand strategies.
  • Integrate closely with other functions to exceed customer, owner and shareholder expectations.
  • Follow all company procedures relating to targeting, measurement and reporting.
  • Act as an ambassador for Axiom Hospitality, promoting quality customer care internally and externally.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in Revenue Management, with demonstrable success in growing market share and delivering budgets.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality and travel industry.
  • Ability to work independently with full ownership of revenue performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong IT capability, particularly Excel.
  • Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure to deadlines and targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
