You’ll manage the kitchen team, drive menu development and control costs to meet KPI targets, while upholding brand standards in a 168-room hotel and its all-day dining outlets in London.
You will work full-time on a permanent contract, with a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum and benefits provided by Axiom Hospitality.
