As a Health and Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering professional beauty and wellness treatments, promoting spa services, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.

As a Health and Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering professional beauty and wellness treatments, promoting spa services, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
- Providing a range of Spa Treatments, including, Massages body treatments and fecials .
- Consulting with guests to understand their needs and recommending suitable treatments and products.
- Ensuring a welcoming, relaxing, and professional atmosphere in all spa and treatment areas.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and spa facilities.
- Promoting and upselling spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborating with the leisure and spa team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain spa standards.
- Handling guest inquiries and providing information about available treatments and wellness programs.
- Handling reception duties such as phone call, emails, membership enquiries and Spa bookings
- Level 3 DIPLOMA in Beauty Therapy Treatments Required
- Passionate about Spa treatments and the wellness industry.
- Will perform all treatments to an exceptional standard, protocols and standards taught in training, whilst tailoring to the client’s specific needs.
- Keeps up to date with current techniques and new trends related to their field of work.
- A flexible approach to work, with availability for shifts including mornings/afternoon, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Preferably experiences in a similar role within a spa environment.
- A friendly and professional approach with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and take initiative when required.
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role.
Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
