Weekend Barista in Leeds

Located in the heart of Leeds, The Queens Hotel is a place like no other. Marrying authentic art deco glamour with on-trend fittings and furnishings, this newly refurbished city-centre retreat offers style and comfort in equal measure.

Barista Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers and preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries, cakes, and sandwiches.
• Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs via orders and welcoming to the hotel.
• Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
• Prepares, sells, and serves speciality coffee and tea beverages by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following organisation standards and sanitation regulations.
• Maintains the appearance of the store and coffee bar.
• Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.

Shifts are 08.00-16.00 on Saturday and Sundays, with flexibility to work extra days as and when business hours require.
