Salary - £25,207 Per Annum
We are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our Truly Talented team. If you are friendly, courteous, love working as part of a team and are passionate about the hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you!
What we offer:
- £25,207 Per Annum plus tips & service charge
- Permanent - 35 hours per week
Duties include:
- Provide a warm welcome, take orders, deliver food and drinks and payments from tables within your section.
- Ensure up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers to provide relevant information to guests.
- Setting up and clearing down of the restaurant or bar area ready for the next service.
- Build positive relationships between the kitchen and the front of house team to ensure the smooth running of the F&B outlets at the hotel.
- Deliver room service to our guests throughout the property.
- Follow all guidance on COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety regulations, including allergens and Natasha's Law and any incidents are reported.

- Previous experience within a hotel bar environment - preferred
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
