We are currently seeking a Corporate M&A Lawyer to support Axiom clients across a broad range of sectors and corporate transactional matters.
Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, reorganisations, joint ventures, and private equity investments, supporting execution across the full transaction lifecycle.
- Lead on transaction delivery, including structuring, due diligence, risk assessment, and execution, with a focus on hands‑on deal experience rather than purely advisory work.
- Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documentation such as SPAs, shareholders’ agreements, disclosure letters, NDAs, and ancillary documents.
Qualifications
- Eligible to practice as a lawyer in the UK.
- Strong corporate experience gained in private practice or in‑house environments.
- Demonstrated experience advising on complex corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, disposals, sales, restructurings, reorganisations) with a focus on execution and deal delivery.
- Experience or exposure to corporate governance, company secretarial matters, entity rationalisation projects and reorganisations desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to provide practical, business‑focused legal advice and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
