Axiologik is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join one of their long term clients as they continually grow and develop their teams and projects – if you love making an impact and seeing your work come to fruition, have a read through and apply!

Scope:
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the Development Team and give support where needed.
- Leading Scrum ceremonies including Stand ups, Sprint Planning and Retrospectives.
- Working with the Delivery Manager to deliver the agreed roadmap according to priority.
- Support Delivery Manager with planning.
- Continue the implementation of scrum methodology, agile principles, and best practices”.
- Run scrum ceremonies (daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint retro).
- Secure team demos and lead the Monthly Show & Tell.
- Complete end of sprint reporting.
- Manage Jira boards.
- Support identification and implementation of continuous improvements identified.
- Lead and facilitate progression of releases (including securing approvals, running meetings etc).
- Day to day support of team (Qs, escalations etc).
- Facilitate Team Day organisation (Agenda planning and facilitation).
