The Role: You will be working as a Senior Product Manager within a collection of data-driven, outcome led product leaders where user-centric design thinking is always front and centre. We work across a spectrum of client accounts, bringing lean-thinking and agility to ensure that things go faster in a controlled, well thought through, data driven manner that goes hand in hand with delivery excellence.

We are Product people at heart and as a result are focused on our client's user experiences, enabling the clients to deliver incremental value rapidly and regularly, through continuous improvement, while always aiming for simplicity. There is a requirement to be onsite in our central Leeds office 1 to 2 times a week. This can be discussed with your manager for full flexibility, as well as some travel to client site (UK and specific to client needs and requirements).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end‐to‐end digital product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimisation within client engagements, owning product‐level P&L performance, ensuring revenue, margin, and value‐creation targets are achieved (where appropriate).
  • Translate client insight, user needs, and market trends into clear product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Prioritise and manage product backlogs using agile methods and value‐based decision frameworks.
  • Facilitate collaboration across multi-disciplinary (often rainbow) delivery teams.
  • Define and track KPIs to assess product health and inform data‐driven decisions.
  • Run client workshops, discovery activities, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
  • Guide delivery teams to ensure scope, value, and timelines remain aligned.
  • Work autonomously and deliver exceptional quality work without supervision.
  • Collaborate across Axiologik practices to shape cross-functional offerings and represent product capability across the business.
  • Support Axiologik business growth and capability development through identification of new opportunities, bid support, client engagement, line management, mentoring and coaching of teams (both internal to Axiologik and within client engagements).
  • Adapt your working patterns to fit client needs, including flexibility on location.

Experience:

  • Digital product management experience, including product‐level P&L ownership.
  • Practical experience in agile product delivery (Scrum, Kanban, dual‐track discovery, etc.).
  • Strong capability in building roadmaps and balancing strategic and tactical decision‐making.
  • Skilled in using data and analytics to validate decisions and measure product outcomes.
  • Mastery of agile product management, product‐strategy techniques, and ideally value stream mapping.
  • Expertise in managing backlog and requirement prioritisation funnels in fast-paced & uncertain requirements, working with business stakeholders and (often rainbow) delivery teams to re-orient delivery plans to respond to emerging priorities.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, architecture, UX, and delivery functions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‐management skills in client‐facing contexts.
  • Confidence in facilitating discovery sessions, user research, and value‐proposition development.
  • Understanding of digital product design, UX principles, and modern technology stacks.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and work within complex consultancy environments.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering measurable value.
  • High level of comfort in working in high paced, changing environments.

Resourcing Process: All screening calls and virtual interviews will be recorded as part of our processes. If successful in application, you will be asked to confirm pronouns and make Talent aware of any reasonable adjustments you have, so we can ensure you are set up for success. There will be a screening call with our Talent Partner, a first stage interview (virtual) and final stage (in person), with a short presentation involved. Our time to hire is typically 4 weeks from advertising but may go outside of this due to Bank Holidays, AL and client engagements.
