The Role:
As a Junior Talent Partner, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, helping to attract, engage, assess, and hire high-quality talent across the business. Working within established recruitment processes and frameworks, you will contribute to day-to-day hiring activities, ensuring candidates progress efficiently through the recruitment lifecycle while delivering a positive candidate experience.
You will work closely with Talent Partners, Hiring Managers, and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, and provide regular updates on recruitment activity. You will utilise a range of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and job boards, to identify and engage suitable candidates for current and future opportunities.
The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, with responsibility for maintaining accurate recruitment data, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices. You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and continuous improvements that help enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the talent acquisition function.
