You will lead multidisciplinary teams, embed agile and lean practices, and actively remove impediments to enable effective and sustainable delivery.
You will engage directly with clients and stakeholders, balancing delivery priorities with user needs, technical constraints, and commercial considerations. You are expected to operate independently, making day-to-day delivery decisions and proactively managing risks, dependencies, and delivery partners. At this level, you are responsible not just for delivery execution, but for ensuring that delivery outcomes align with broader organisational and programme objectives.
There is a requirement to be onsite in our central Leeds office 1 to 2 times a week. This can be discussed with your manager for full flexibility and can be restructured to best suit your needs, as well as some travel to client site (specific to client needs and requirements).
