Salary and Benefits (snapshot): The salary banding for this role starts from £44,000, depending on experience.

The Role: As an Associate Delivery Manager, you will support and coordinate the delivery of small, well-defined digital initiatives, operating within established delivery frameworks and ways of working. You will take responsibility for day-to-day delivery activities, ensuring that plans are maintained, risks and issues are tracked, and progress is clearly communicated.
You will work closely with delivery managers, delivery leads, and multidisciplinary teams, applying agile and lean delivery practices to help teams deliver value predictably. While you are expected to work with a degree of independence, you will operate within defined boundaries and seek guidance when managing risk, resolving uncertainty, or influencing delivery decisions. This role is ideal for developing core delivery management capabilities in a supported environment, building confidence in delivery leadership, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
There is a requirement to be onsite in our central Leeds office one to two times a week, with flexibility to agree arrangements with your manager, as well as occasional travel to client sites where needed.

- Demonstrable experience supporting or leading small-scale digital deliveries, applying established agile and lean practices within defined delivery frameworks, as an Agile Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master.
- Practical experience contributing to small delivery teams and supporting change initiatives from initiation through to business as usual.
- A working knowledge of the fundamentals of digital delivery, using agile and lean delivery practices, with exposure to hybrid organisational environments.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, designers, and operational stakeholders.
- An understanding of delivery governance, risks, dependencies, and reporting, with guidance from more senior delivery leaders.
- Emerging experience working with delivery partners and third parties.
- Clear and responsible communication with delivery leads and project-level stakeholders.
- Preferable experience of working in a consultancy firm.
- Preferable experience of working in policy-led environments and dealing with demanding stakeholders.
