Axiologik is looking for an experienced ERP Architect to work with a fantastic client who are looking to do incredible things in their sector. If you love adding value and making a difference, keep reading!
3 months with the potential to extend (start date July 2025)
Remote
Your contract will include completing a functional (process design) spanning grants, invoicing, POs, payments, AP, banking and GL. You also need to provide a technical integration design between systems. You must have strong financial ERP experience and a good understanding of Oracle Netsuite (BottomLine PTX payments & AWS too).
- ERP Architect or equivalent
- Financial ERP SME, with Oracle NetSuite expertise covering AP, GL, Banking, Payments etc
- Strong functional knowledge, along with the ability to assess and design best-fit functional & technical integration to/from Netsuite
- Document the as-is finance capabilities for client. This will include functional gaps, any known interfaces with other systems, and highlighting areas of significant manual work today that offer opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Document the to-be capabilities for client. This includes outlines for CoA, Purchase to Pay, etc.
- Analysis, in conjunction with client Business Readiness Team, of potential product. This will involve looking at options on various HMG frameworks and assess for Fit against a structured framework we will develop.
- Support production of the Business Case to replace the current finance system (NetSuite) with a suitable alternative from the GMS framework, gaining alignment from Stakeholders to implement. Will including outline plan and costs to undertake the work.
- Preparation activates to support migration from NetSuite. This includes items such as any migration tasks and defining roles and responsibilities.
- Implementation and testing of finance capabilities in the selected solution in the GMS framework. This focuses on the integration with Grants as the primary activity.
One stage interviews will take place this week ideally.
