A well-established, international provider of technical production equipment and dry hire solutions is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its UK operations. This is a senior leadership appointment with full responsibility for the strategic, commercial, and operational performance of the UK business. The successful candidate will drive sustainable growth, maximise asset utilisation, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery across live events, exhibitions, touring, and broadcast sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy
- Define and implement the UK growth strategy across dry hire, production support, and event services.
- Provide strong leadership to the senior management team, fostering accountability and performance.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities across relevant sectors.
- Commercial & Financial Performance
- Hold full P&L responsibility for the UK entity.
- Drive revenue growth through both new business development and expansion of existing client relationships.
- Optimise return on high-value technical assets through effective utilisation and pricing strategies.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Operations & Asset Management
- Work closely with operational leadership to ensure efficient planning and delivery.
- Maximise utilisation of equipment across projects and locations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and production partners.
