Axians UK is seeking an office-based role in the Central Operations Team in Basingstoke, reporting to the Central Operations Manager. The primary objective is the professional management of all Axians spares and RMA processes and to establish and maintain the Basingstoke Depot.
You will manage annuity contract renewals and quoting, ensure a customer‑focused approach, update the Service Desk with contracts and changes, oversee product registrations, depot operations and supplier relations.
