Purpose of the Role
The Senior Demand Generation Marketing Executive is responsible for accelerating high‑quality pipeline growth across B2B markets through data‑driven, digitally led marketing programmes. The role focuses on planning and executing targeted campaigns with a strong emphasis on account‑based marketing (ABM), marketing automation and continuous performance optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Axians UK social media presence with consistent brand alignment.
- Develop and deliver integrated digital campaigns to increase traffic, engagement and pipeline.
- Create multi‑channel digital execution including paid, organic, email, automation and nurture programmes.
- Create high‑impact digital assets such as blogs, videos and thought leadership.
- Ensure digital content supports brand positioning, differentiation and campaign goals.
- Be the marketing champion for HubSpot: workflows, segmentation, automation, lead scoring and reporting.
- Manage funnel performance including scoring, segmentation, conversion optimisation and attribution.
- Lead data‑driven decision‑making to improve campaign targeting and efficiency.
- Develop and execute ABM programmes with tailored messaging for high‑value target accounts or segments.
- Use data to identify personas, triggers and intent signals.
- Leverage AI tools to optimise campaign planning and performance.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI across the marketing funnel.
- Drive automation initiatives to scale personalised engagement.
- Adopt responsible use of AI and ensure alignment with brand, compliance and transparency guidelines.
- Conduct monthly KPI reporting on engagement, traffic, bounce rates, conversion and ROI.
- Produce insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- A/B test messaging, creative and workflows to optimise performance.
