We are looking for an organised, proactive and people-centred HR Administrator to support the delivery of an efficient and engaging HR service at Axians. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, takes initiative, and is keen to grow their HR capability in a supportive and development-focused environment.
You will support the HR Manager across all stages of the employee lifecycle — including recruitment administration, onboarding, HR operations, payroll input, reporting, wellbeing and engagement activity. You will also have opportunities to contribute to projects and continuous improvement work as the HR function evolves. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants to build strong generalist foundations and gain exposure to a broad variety of HR activities.
