Procuramos um #TechTalent para desempenhar funções enquanto PowerBI Analyst para um projeto no setor bancário, com foco em transformar dados em insights claros e acionáveis.
O TEU DIA A DIA
- Atuar como ponte entre dados e decisão, criando narrativas visuais que permitam acompanhar a evolução das iniciativas de mudança, identificar riscos, medir impacto e apoiar a adoção organizacional.
- Desenvolvimento de dashboards e relatórios em Power BI orientados a Change Management.
- Modelação e transformação de dados (Power Query, DAX).
- Análise de KPIs de mudança (adoção, engagement, impacto, readiness, etc.).
- Criação de storytelling visual que explique tendências, riscos e oportunidades.
- Integração de dados provenientes de diferentes fontes (ex: ferramentas internas, Excel, plataformas de gestão de projetos).
- Apoio à tomada de decisão através de insights baseados em dados.
- Colaboração com equipas de Change, RH, IT e liderança.
O QUE PROCURAMOS
- Experiência sólida com Power BI (modelação, DAX, visualização).
- Forte capacidade analÃtica e interpretação de dados.
- Experiência em construção de dashboards orientados ao negócio.
- Capacidade de comunicar dados de forma clara e impactante (data storytelling).
- Conhecimentos de Excel avançado.
- Inglês (nÃvel intermédio ou superior).
