O TEU DIA A DIA
- Gestão centralizada de configurações, políticas e perfis Windows;
- Acompanhamento das novas tecnologias e tendências, identificando oportunidades de inovação e melhoria nas configurações e funcionalidades do Posto de Trabalho;
- Preparação de tarefas de instalação remota de software no parque de computadores;
- Certificação de software micro para o parque de PCs;
- Suporte de 3ª linha para problemas complexos de configuração Windows no parque de computadores, se necessário articulando com os fornecedores/parceiros.
O QUE PROCURAMOS
- Conhecimentos de Windows 11, Configurações de Browsers Edge/Chrome e aplicações Office;
- Conhecimentos de Office 365 na perspetiva da gestão, configuração do parque de computadores;
- Experiência na administração de OUs/GPOs, para utilizadores e computadores;
- Experiência na utilização de Microsoft Intune;
- Valoriza-se em complemento: Conhecimentos com Sistema Operativo MacOS;
- Familiaridade com configurações em dispositivos Mobile Android e MAC;
- Conhecimentos de Networking;
- Conhecimentos de Segurança, na óptica das configurações de PC, Windows e Browsers.
