The firm is a leading B2B Saa S company that provides a comprehensive and fully integrated Saa S solution to Managing Agents who manage buildings and estates and Accountants who undertake Service Charge Accounting.
The company has a broad Product offering and is continuing to expand it.
Utilising desktop and native mobile apps as the user interfaces, and AI Agents are being embedded into the Products moving forward.

THE ROLE
The company is looking for a Product Owner / Data-Algorithm Analyst who will have a key position working to building out these new Products.
The person will be working with the established leadership team, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders and using their critical thinking, together with design and data analysis ability to help translate feature requirements into working product that can be used by clients.
You will understand the technical and data aspects of the system to facilitate a pragmatic approach to design and be able to demonstrate the ability to understand and exploit algorithms supported by AI toolsets we utilise to achieve our goals.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Translating high level product features into detailed, unambiguous requirements outline screen/data designs with clear acceptance criteria.
- Analysing data and process to look for patterns we can translate optimally to build AI agents.
- Structuring and tweaking algorithms utilised in client facing solutions.
- Owning the delivery backlog for your Products within the estate of products, refining feature requirements, writing user stories, setting priorities, and managing issues through to completion.
- Undertaking user acceptance testing based on acceptance criteria.
- Coordinating timelines and releases, ensuring developers are working to clear goals and delivery milestones.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, development, customer support) to refine requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress.
- Supporting the development team by removing blockers, clarifying requirements, and making delivery decisions quickly.
- Drafting release notes and help centre updates associated with Product releases.
- Providing assisting as needed to the Customer Support team for the product in the live environment.
WHO ARE YOU?
- Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner / Data analyst/ Data scientist Functional Designer
- Ideally experience of working in a B2B Saa S environment.
- Competent at technical writing; ability to create functional specifications/blueprints and solutions-orientated screen and data designs
- Competent at understanding and extracting data in relational databases for assessment and testing(SQL)
- Competent a data analysis and basic statistics
- Competent at understanding JSON data structures and being able to visual data manipulation.
- Ideally some experience in Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence and / or Native apps.
- Strong interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Must be a self-starter, confident, enthusiastic and able to work well with others in a fast-paced agile environment with an emphasis on collaborating and assisting the team to meet business objectives.
