- Meeting Leadership: Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up.
- Conflict Management: Navigate internal resource conflicts effectively to keep projects on track.
- Success Metrics: Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target and achieve CSAT scores greater than 4.0.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
- Typically 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role.
- Proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA/Confluence, and fundamental Snowflake architecture.
- Snow Pro Core (required within 60 days of hire).
- Fluent in English and local language fluency where required (regional requirements).
