Role
As a key member of the delivery team, you will act as the bridge between innovative technology solutions and customer needs. With a strong background in project delivery and the energy sector, you will lead the co‑creation of bespoke calculation models and ensure solutions are configured to meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with customer business experts to design and deliver tailored solutions.
- Applying deep knowledge of pricing, forecasting, and portfolio management to build calculation models within the platform.
- Identifying solution improvements, maintaining a project backlog, and providing clear guidance to implementation teams.
- Ensuring solution quality by creating comprehensive test scenarios.
- Working alongside implementation teams, product teams, and solution architects to support high‑quality IT project delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers to define requirements for calculation models, including data inputs and algorithms.
- Use your understanding of the UK energy market to guide clients through pricing, forecasting, and billing solutions.

Working Model
