Responsibilities:

  • Write and carry out peer review of detailed design/technical specification documents for CC&B.
  • Configure and script CC&B.
  • Manage designs to the off‑shore team.
  • Manage incidents and include the resolution of all bugs identified in the CC&B application.
  • Backfill for onsite production support for the CC&B application.
  • Provide operational support to the CC&B applications specialists team as required.
  • Unit test all fixed bugs.
  • Complete gap analysis of current solution, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Proactively monitor to check for production defects and overnight batch run performance.
  • Report weekly to the head of Development Operations.
  • Assist with personal development of existing team members.
  • Carry out patches, migration and upgrades.
  • Provide expert advice as required.
  • Carry out Health Check & Audit supporting Business as Usual activities in the CC&B applications.
  • Assess the effort in upgrading to new version or service packs of CC&B.
