The Role

We are actively seeking an accomplished Head of Customer Success to join our client\’s leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will lead customer-centric initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving engagement. Utilize your strategic mindset to develop and execute customer success strategies, enhancing the overall client experience. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role managing a team of 12 with 2 direct and 10 indirect reports for the division.
