The Role & Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with prospective clients within the e-commerce sector, cultivating relationships and understanding their payment processing needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Devise and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share and revenue within the e-commerce payments space.
  • Account Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Target Achievement: Set and surpass ambitious sales targets, continually monitoring progress and adjusting strategies to meet or exceed goals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and alignment with client needs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential clients, securing favorable terms and agreements to drive business growth.
