Site Engineer (Relocation - Cyprus) in England

A long-term project with one of the top construction groups on the Island. They are looking for Site Engineers to join their team on a variety of infrastructure, defence and facility management projects. Salary: €40,000 - €55,000 gross per year + annual bonus, provident fund (pension), car and fuel expenses + many other benefits. Relocation: Huge tax benefits (more money in your pocket!) You will be provided with all information throughout the process on relocating. The role is fully site-based and requires hands-on involvement to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards . Manage and supervise daily on-site construction activities for residential projects Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, labour teams, and suppliers Ensure compliance with local building regulations, permits, and Cypriot health & safety requirements Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Site Engineer, preferably on maintenance, infrastructure and defence projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and on-site practices Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications Professional or Fluency in spoken and written English is a must!
