You will play a key role in delivering complex electrical installation projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards, while leading and supporting site teams.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Installation, testing and inspection of electrical systems in industrial and commercial environments\\n\\n * \\n\\n Electrical containment, cabling, glanding, termination and commissioning\\n\\n * \\n\\n Electrical works within ATEX hazardous areas\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supervising electricians and apprentices on site\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation, electrical regulations and company procedures\\n\\n * \\n\\n Promoting best practice and maintaining high quality standards\\n\\nTechnical Requirements\\n\\n * \\n\\n BS 7671 18th Edition\\n\\n * \\n\\n Electrical Inspection & Testing (2391)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in industrial environments\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven ATEX experience\\n\\n * \\n\\n CompEx Ex01–Ex04 (essential)\\n\\n * \\n\\n CompEx Ex05–Ex06 (desirable)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Full UK manual driving licence\\n\\nPersonal Characteristics\\n\\n * \\n\\n Honest, reliable and professional\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong leadership and people-focused approach\\n\\n * \\n\\n Able to work independently and as part of a team\\n\\n * \\n\\n Organised, logical and detail-driven\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent communication skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Flexible, proactive and customer focused\\n\\n * \\n\\n Calm and effective under pressure
