Are you a high-performing recruitment leader ready to take ownership of a thriving driving division? We are looking for a results-driven Divisional Driving Manager to lead, grow, and innovate within our fast-paced recruitment business.
The Role
As Divisional Driving Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance and profitability of the driving division. You will lead a team of consultants, build strong client relationships, and drive business development across multiple sectors requiring HGV, LGV, and multi-drop drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment consultants
- Drive sales performance and exceed divisional targets
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
