Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee nightshift operations within a very busy logistics warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems, shipping and receiving processes, and materials handling. This role requires the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring that all warehouse activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Oversee shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient processing of goods.
