We are seeking a skilled and reliable HMRC Warehouse Bond Operative to join our fast expanding client's team. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience working in a bonded warehouse environment and a strong understanding of HMRC compliance procedures, inventory controls, and customs regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of bonded goods in line with HMRC regulations
- Maintain accurate stock records and audit trails
- Prepare and process customs documentation
- Conduct regular inventory checks and discrepancy investigations
- Ensure full compliance with bonded warehouse licensing requirements
- Liaise with customs officials, freight agents, and internal departments
- Follow all health, safety, and security protocols
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bonded warehouse or customs-controlled environment (essential)
