The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing and developing a portfolio of major clients. You will act as the strategic partner for your accounts, driving retention, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all touchpoints.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing relationships with key clients, acting as their main strategic contact
