Are you tired of waiting for your chance to shine? Maybe you’re working for one of the big IT resellers. You’re buried in someone else’s pipeline, stuck in sales support, and wondering when you’ll get a shot at something more. Or perhaps you’re with a smaller firm. You’re doing a bit of everything, learning lots, but going nowhere fast. No real plan. No real progression. Just more of the same. Sound familiar? Good. Because you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
At Axess Systems, we’re offering you the opportunity to step into a proper sales role. One where you’re trusted, supported, and given the chance to grow. We’ve helped others do it. Some of our top salespeople began their careers in this exact role. Now they’re running major accounts and earning very nicely. If you’ve got the hunger, we’ll help you get there too.
So, what’s the job? You’ll be joining us as a Junior Account Manager. Which means you’ll stop chasing other people’s leads and start building and managing your own pipeline and clients. You’ll build real relationships, run your own deals, and finally start making an impact with your name on it. You won’t be thrown in at the deep end either. You’ll have full support from me and an experienced team that’s done it before and genuinely wants to see you succeed.
What’s in it for you
- Look after your own portfolio of clients
- Build long-term relationships based on trust and results
- Work with some of the best vendors in the business, like Dell, Citrix and Microsoft
- Get hands-on training, guidance, and real-world sales coaching
- Join a team that cares more about your progress than your job title
What do we need from you?
- We’re not looking for the fully formed sales machine, just someone with a bit of experience and a lot of potential.
- Around one to two years in sales support, inside sales or a junior AM role
- Someone who’s confident talking to customers and knows how to listen
- Curiosity about tech and the drive to learn
- A "just give me a chance and I’ll show you" attitude and the work ethic to back it up
If that’s you, we’d love to hear from you.
Where you’ll work
We’re based in the East Midlands. If you’re nearby, great. We’d love to work with you in person. If not, and you’re the right fit, we’re open to remote too. Axess Systems has been around for more than 25 years. Most of our team has been with us for over a decade. That’s not because we bribe them with free fruit. It’s because we treat them well and help them grow.
We’re big enough to work with major vendors and take on interesting projects, but small enough that you’re never just a number. You’ll have a voice here. You’ll be trusted. And you’ll get the chance to build a proper sales career.
What next
If you’re ready to stop watching others get the breaks and start taking your own, apply now. Or send me a message. We’d love to have a chat and see if we’re a good fit for each other.
