We are looking for a strong full stack engineer who enjoys ownership, shipping quickly and helping shape both product and engineering culture from an early stage.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and evolving core platform features across frontend and backend
- Developing modern web applications using TypeScript and Next.js
- Designing clean APIs and scalable backend services
- Working closely with founders, product and design on fast iteration cycles
- Helping shape engineering standards, architecture and development practices
- Building secure, reliable and observable cloud native systems on AWS
- Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, testing and automation
- Taking ownership from idea to production
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience building modern full stack web applications
- Strong React and frontend engineering skills
- Backend API and distributed systems experience
- Experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design
- Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud native development
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices
- Strong team player with a collaborative and positive attitude
- Comfortable working closely with colleagues in a hybrid office environment
- Product minded with strong communication skills
- Pragmatic engineer who values simplicity and execution
- Proficiency with modern AI engineering tooling and workflows
- Experience using AI assisted development safely and effectively to improve productivity and software quality
- Familiarity with spec driven development and modern engineering practices around AI assisted delivery
