About the Role
Full Time / Office based / Swindon, SN5 5FZ
As a Technical Sales Administrator, you’ll be an essential part of our friendly and hard-working team. Your day to day tasks will combine technical and administrative skills, supporting both customers and our sales team with accuracy, care, and great communication. If you enjoy problem-solving, have an eye for detail, and love helping others, this is a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic, supportive environment. No previous technical drawing experience is required but if you have it, it’s a bonus! Full training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Providing accurate quotations using in-house drawing and calculation tools
- Supporting the sales team with technical and administrative tasks
- Offering excellent customer service and resolving delivery or order queries
- Updating and maintaining internal CRM and databases
- Completing general office administration as needed
