Job Overview
We are looking for a part‑time sales associate to join our team at our London Soho Flagship store.
About the Role and Team
Our Sales Associates work as part of a team and provide an exceptional shopping experience while having a genuine interest in our London community and aiming to contribute to the team’s overall performance and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service in line with the company’s expectations.
- Understand current products, trends and collections and ensure customers are informed and aware.
- Continuously build and maintain customer relationships – our customers are our community.
- Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation.
- Know your city and the social movements within it, using this information during the customer service experience.
- Be aware of daily sales targets, KPI goals and performance against them; develop sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Work in and promote a team‑oriented environment that can have fun while remaining professional.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Great communication skills with a social personality; you enjoy meaningful conversations, listen actively and translate customer needs into memorable buying experiences.
- Engage customers with genuine enthusiasm and pick up on details that let you tailor your approach to each customer.
- Work well with others and be a good team player.
- Open to new things and receptive to constant development.
- Self‑motivated, can work productively and take initiative.
- Value creativity, diversity and progress, thriving in a modern, purpose‑driven environment.
- Passionate about Axel Arigato products and brand – a plus.
- Prior sales experience in retail is preferred; sales experience with high‑end retail brands is an advantage.
- Willing to work flexible hours and availability as per business needs.
