We are looking for a full-time sales associate, to join our team at Bicester Village!
About the Role and Team
Our Sales Associates are responsible for an exceptional shopping experience, excellent customer service, increasing brand knowledge, executing visual standards and driving performance goals set for our stores in collaboration with the team and Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service in line with the company’s expectations.
- Understand current products, trends and collections and ensure customers are informed and aware.
- Continuously build and maintain customer relationships – our customers are our community.
- Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation.
- Know your city and the social movements within it; use this information as a tool during the customer service ceremony.
- Be aware of daily sales targets, KPI goals and performance against them; develop sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Work in and promote a team‑oriented environment that can have fun while remaining professional.
Qualifications
- Great communication skills with a social personality; enjoy meaningful conversations, listen actively and translate customer needs into memorable buying experiences.
- Engage customers with genuine enthusiasm and tailor your approach to each customer.
- Work well with others and be a good team player.
- Open to new things and receptive to constant development.
- Self‑motivated, can work productively and take initiative.

- Prior sales experience in retail is preferred.
