Essential skills:- Must be polite, outgoing and friendly.
- Great attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Driven to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Previous experience in customer facing roles is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in leading a team is preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience using social media to help drive sales is preferred but not essential.
- Opening & closing the business to a high standard.
- Running the day to day trade of the business and leading a team on shift.
- Maintaining conditions of axes and target boards.
- Taking bookings over the phone and via email.
- Welcoming and assisting customers.
- Monitoring and interacting with games in person.
- Serving, maintaining, and replenishing bar stock.
- Driving sales including return custom and upsell.
- Delivering consistently excellent customer experiences.
