Role Overview
Weβre seeking an experienced Paid Media Account Manager to join our team, managing key client accounts and driving successful paid strategies across Meta, Pinterest, Google and other paid platforms. You will work closely with our Head of Performance, in-house and freelance teams, ensuring high-performance results and seamless client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Lead day-to-day management of our client's paid accounts, ensuring campaign success and alignment with client goals. Responsible for the operational success of accounts, with deliverables met on time and on budget. Develop strong, trusting client relationships, providing proactive insights and regular performance updates.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Manages all day-to-day efforts and is the primary day-to-day contact for our clients. Create, implement, and optimise paid strategies tailored to client objectives, focusing on performance and ROI. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to inform campaign planning decisions. Oversee creative briefs, ad copy, A/B testing, and landing page recommendations to improve conversion rates.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Ensuring accurate budget pacing, revenue projections and performance forecasting to support strategic planning and client reporting. Track and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on KPIs and feedback. Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights, and lead performance reviews with clients.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with in-house and freelance teams across SEO, brand, CRM, and design. Mentor junior team members, offering guidance on account management & paid channel best practices. Supporting senior team with account audits, new client onboarding & new business pitching.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years experience executing and managing campaigns across Google, Meta, Pinterest & TikTok (other paid platforms are beneficial), preferably in an agency or client-facing environment. Proven success in managing high-growth accounts, optimising for performance, and achieving strong ROI. Proven track record of delivering successful paid media campaigns and achieving key performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CPA).
- Skills: Strong understanding of paid social principles, best practices, and industry trends. Basic knowledge of Paid Search & other Paid channels is desirable. Advanced understanding of Meta, Pinterest, TikTok Ad platforms (basic understanding of Google Ads is desirable), including campaign setup, bidding strategies, data analysis and test and learn methodologies. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and deliver insights to clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
- Additional: Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands is a necessity. Google or Meta certification is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
